Established in 1957, the club is celebrating its Diamond Jubilee over the coming year and, to mark this milestone, it launched a new publication entitled ‘A Legacy of Luxury – Celebrating the RREC’s Diamond Jubilee’ at the royal residence of Kensington Palace in London. Produced by leading publisher St James’s House and written by an editorial team of experts, aficionados and tastemakers, the beautifully designed, 444-page hardback book spotlights Rolls-Royce motor cars past and present, and delves into the stories and personalities that make the marque “the best car in the world”. It also features Estelon and similar leading brands, which represent the pinnacle of excellence in their respective fields around the world.

In keeping with the book launch’s refined setting, an exclusive collection of Rolls-Royce and Bentley motor cars were on display at the Kensington Palace event. In addition, to resonate with the book’s theme of luxury, a carefully curated selection of high-end brands, including Estelon, were also present, enabling guests to immerse themselves in a world of luxurious tastes, products and experiences.

Mr Richard Freed, Director of publisher St James’s House, said: “What better way to launch this wonderful book than with a celebration of the finer things in life? We are all very excited about what promises to be an amazing year of more celebrations to commemorate the Diamond Jubilee of the R.R.E.C.”

Estelon will also be unveiling a special-edition product inspired by Rolls-Royce during the R.R.E.C. Annual Rally weekend next year in June 2017. The event will be held at the aristocratic Burghley House in United Kingdom, where over 1,000 Rolls-Royce cars will descend on the grounds with owners and experts coming together to share their passion and love for all things Rolls-Royce.

Mr Alfred Vassilkov, Founder & Chief Designer of Estelon, was recently invited to visit the R.R.E.C. archives in England, where he, together with the club’s chief archivist Mr Phillip Hall, looked through the history of the Rolls-Royce brand, car blueprints, sketches and schematics. He even had the opportunity to meet some proud owners of vintage Rolls-Royce cars. In his words: “The experience was truly inspiring and humbling to learn how, over 110 years, Rolls-Royce has grown into the epitome of luxury that it is today. I have returned with some incredible ideas, which I am hopeful will help us create something truly special.”
